Organic cream of Earl Grey with a splash of oat milk

Ten minute tea with Afternoon Tea. Spend ten minutes with Afternoon Tea. In the time it takes to boil one kettle, and let one cup of tea steep, we will have your daily art + music fix covered. Take your afternoon tea break with our Afternoon Tea curators.

Today’s tea + soundtrack + visuals curated by BLUFF. BLUFF is a Russian-born, Canadian electronic music artist who bridges the gap between organic and digital realms. Making his musical start as a teen in various rock bands, playing guitar and singing, BLUFF discovered electronic music and never looked back. His work gets its distinct sound by combining his love of older alternative music, great songwriting and fresh sounds.

Song: “Look at the Sky” by Porter Robinson – The video can be an art piece in itself. It’s gorgeous and haunting at the same time.

Art: I chose ‘Flowers in Heaven’ by Takashi Murakami because I love that it’s a play on pop culture. It’s simple yet complex at the same time. I love how it brings out a nostalgic feeling out of me and makes me feel like everything is going to be alright.

Tea: Organic cream of Earl Grey with a splash of oat milk (a rich black tea scented with bergamot and a creamy hint of vanilla).
